Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, Attorney Mooradian has represented refugees, asylees, immigrant juveniles, and those seeking immigration benefits such as green cards, visas, and citizenship.
Alex has represented thousands of immigration clients in their affirmative immigration applications (e.g., green card applications, marriage visas, naturalizations) and deportation proceedings, including immigrant juveniles, refugees, asylum seekers, and victims of crimes. He has supervised large-scale immigration clinics, advised health centers and institutions on immigration policy, and served as lead counsel in complex immigration matters related to protracted immigrant detention, gender-based and political asylum, and gang membership allegations. Recently, Alex has had the pleasure of representing over 50 individuals from Afghanistan in their asylum matters and has represented dozens of recent migrant arrivals from Haiti.
Alex received his legal training at Boston University School of Law and was a student attorney in its Immigrants' Rights Clinic. He is the Board Chair of RISE for Health, the Board Chair of ONE Worcester, and a frequent volunteer at immigration clinics throughout Worcester and the surrounding towns. He speaks fluent Spanish.
